Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to visitors and users of the public Services that link to it. A restricted or private service may provide a separate privacy notice. Our Terms of Use separately govern use of the public Services.

The Services are intended for an international audience outside the Russian Federation. We do not market or offer the Services to persons located in the Russian Federation. Requests that Cloudflare identifies as originating from the Russian Federation are blocked at the network edge. Technical data from a blocked request may still be processed by Cloudflare to route the request, apply security measures, and enforce the access restriction.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Technical and request data: IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referring URL, request time, routing information, and security signals processed when a request passes through our infrastructure.
• Usage analytics: Page views, session statistics, approximate geography, browser and device information, referrer data, and on-site interaction events collected through Google Analytics on Services where its measurement tag is present.
• Voluntary communications: Information you provide when contacting us (for example, email address and message content).
• Donation transparency: Cryptocurrency wallet addresses are published for voluntary contributions; we do not collect sender details beyond what is publicly available on the corresponding blockchain.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Services may use first-party cookies and browser storage to remember preferences (such as language or theme). Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and property-specific _ga_* cookies, to distinguish browsers and sessions. These cookies may remain for up to two years unless you delete or block them. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect preference features but does not prevent access to the public content.

4. Use of Analytics Services

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with Services on which its measurement tag is present. Google may process pseudonymous identifiers, cookie data, browser and device information, page visit information, approximate location derived from the IP address, referrer data, and interaction events. Google states in its regional data-collection documentation that Google Analytics 4 uses IP addresses at collection time and discards them before the addresses are logged or stored.

We use this information for traffic measurement and aggregate reporting, not to directly identify individual users. Google Analytics processes data under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can also use Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, or advertising personalization. As of the date shown above, we do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Site-verification meta tags for webmaster tools and platforms, where present, are passive proof of domain ownership. They do not run analytics code, set cookies, or track visitors.

5. Cloudflare Infrastructure

The public Services use Cloudflare infrastructure, including its globally distributed network, DNS, TLS termination, content delivery, security, and Workers hosting. When you access a Service, Cloudflare necessarily processes request and traffic data such as IP addresses, routing data, system configuration information, request headers, requested content, and security signals. This processing is used to deliver cached and dynamic content, route traffic, maintain availability, and detect or mitigate abuse. It is separate from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we do not use.

Cloudflare describes its processing of end-user and network data in its Privacy Policy.

6. How We Use Information

• Maintain and improve the Services, including performance and stability monitoring.
• Analyse aggregate usage trends to inform future product decisions.
• Respond to support or partnership inquiries you submit.
• Protect against malicious or unauthorized activity.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Information may be shared only:

• With Cloudflare, to host, deliver, and protect the Services.
• With Google, where Google Analytics or Google-hosted web fonts are used.
• With other providers only when necessary to provide a feature you choose to use.
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of AiratTop, our users, or the public.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Google Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our Analytics property and Google’s applicable retention rules. Cloudflare retains data according to the Services we use, our account configuration, and its applicable retention rules. Communication records are kept for as long as needed to respond, maintain a record of the correspondence, or meet legal obligations. Security-related records may be kept longer where necessary to investigate abuse or protect the Services.

9. International Processing

Cloudflare and Google operate globally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one from which you access the Services. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. The relevant provider’s terms, privacy policy, and transfer safeguards apply to its processing.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise a right relating to information controlled by us, contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your request.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Changes and Version History

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The source of this document is public, and its complete change history and earlier versions are available in the GitHub commit history.
